Langley Coaching ("we," "us," "our") operates the website jaredlangley.cc. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We keep this straightforward because you deserve to know exactly what happens with your data.

What We Collect

When you use our site, we may collect the following information that you voluntarily provide:

Contact form (jaredlangley.cc): Your name, email address, and the content of your message.

The Vibe Check (jaredlangley.cc/vibe-check): Your name, email address, job title, company, and your scorecard responses and results.

Career Assessment (sent privately to candidates by invitation): Your name, email address, and your assessment responses.

Discovery Call booking: When you book a call through Cal.com, your name, email, and any information you provide in the scheduling form are collected by Cal.com and shared with us.

NightShiftOS Assessment (nightshift.jaredlangley.cc): Only the following minimal data is transmitted to our server: your email address (only if you choose to share it), your marketing email opt-in choice (defaults to no), your 3-letter profile archetype (e.g., "Early Operator · Challenger · Low-Burn"), and the submission timestamp. Your assessment answers, voice samples, banned phrases, goals, stack details, and worst-case fears stay in your browser's local storage and clipboard. We never receive them. The assessment runs entirely client-side. The output is yours to copy from your clipboard and paste into Claude Code or another AI tool of your choice, locally on your device.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, deliver your scorecard or assessment results, follow up about coaching services, and improve our content and offerings. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond the coaching relationship and related communications.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with other companies for their marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If you reach out to us or complete one of our assessments, we may follow up about coaching services, but you can ask us to stop at any time.

NightShiftOS Privacy Posture

The NightShiftOS assessment at nightshift.jaredlangley.cc is intentionally built privacy-first because the questions are sensitive: your voice samples, your goals, your worst-case fears, your family-floor blocks, your stack details. Here's exactly what happens:

Stays on your device (never transmitted): All 12 sections of answers, voice samples, banned phrases, signature phrases, tone ratings, archetype picks, current state details, offer details, sales motion, marketing channels, 90-day and 12-month goals, the WHY behind those goals, risk and comfort details, worst-case failure description, current tool stack, and coach style preferences. These live in your browser's localStorage and get copied to your clipboard at the end. You paste them into Claude Code (or another AI tool with Universal Mode) locally on your device.

Transmitted to our server (only if you choose): Your email address (optional — you can submit anonymously), your marketing email opt-in choice (defaults to no), and your 3-letter profile archetype (e.g., "Early Operator · Challenger · Low-Burn"). That's the entire payload.

If you submit anonymously (no email): Nothing is stored on our side. The success acknowledgement is purely transactional. Your assessment output remains in your browser for you to copy.

If you share email without opting in to marketing: Your email is stored in our HubSpot CRM as a "lead" contact for transactional purposes only. You will not receive marketing emails. We will not automatically enroll you in any nurture sequence.

If you share email and opt in to marketing: Your email is stored in HubSpot AND added to the NightShiftOS Leads group in MailerLite. You'll receive occasional updates about NightShiftOS, working-parent founder content, and notes from Jared. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.

If you want your data deleted at any time, email hello@jaredlangley.cc with the subject "Delete NightShiftOS data" and we'll remove your record from HubSpot and MailerLite within 7 days.

Third-Party Services

Our site and business tools involve the following third-party services that may process your information on our behalf:

Cloudflare: Hosts our website, manages DNS, and processes form submissions. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

Cal.com: Handles scheduling for discovery calls and coaching sessions. Cal.com Privacy Policy

Microsoft 365: Handles our business email and calendar. Microsoft Privacy Statement

MailerLite: Manages our email list, the Vibe Check assessment delivery, and any nurture or follow-up emails you opt into. MailerLite Privacy Policy

HubSpot: Our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Stores your contact details, form submissions, and booked-call records, and sets a cookie to associate page visits with your contact record after you submit a form. HubSpot Privacy Policy

Resend: Sends transactional notifications (form confirmations) on our behalf. Resend Privacy Policy

Data Storage and Security

Form submissions are processed through Cloudflare Pages Functions and stored in MailerLite and HubSpot. Call bookings made through Cal.com are also recorded in HubSpot. Email communications are stored in our Microsoft 365 business account. We use industry-standard security practices, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete your information, or opt out of any follow-up communications at any time. To make any of these requests, email us at hello@jaredlangley.cc.

Cookies

Our website uses HubSpot tracking cookies (such as hubspotutk and __hssc) to recognize repeat visitors and associate page visits with your contact record after you submit a form. This helps us understand which content prospects find useful. We do not use cookies for advertising or to share your browsing activity with third parties.

Cloudflare may set a minimal essential cookie for site security and bot management. Third-party services linked from our site (such as Cal.com) may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by their respective privacy policies linked above.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking HubSpot cookies will not prevent you from using the site or submitting forms.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated through the site or via email to those who have provided their contact information.
