Ninety days. Built around who you actually are.
The Foundation is 1:1 coaching for first-time leaders. You leave with a structure you're aligned with, in your own words, that grounds you and walks you toward what you want.
The work doesn't pause when the session ends.
We meet weekly for 60 minutes on Microsoft Teams, paced to your life. Between sessions the partnership keeps going over text, voice note, or email, with a reply the same business day.
Everything anchors in three pillars. They don't change. What you build inside them is built around your life, your team, and the week in front of you.
What holds the work together
Presence
Showing up fully, in the meeting and in yourself. Phone down, actually listening.
Performance
Doing the work that matters with intention behind the effort. Output that doesn't cost you who you are.
Integrity
One person in every room. A life that holds together under pressure instead of splitting in two.
First-time leaders, often in tech.
The new manager, promoted on results and never handed the manual. The new director, succeeding by every measure and still feeling off. The new founder who knows something needs to change and can't name it yet.
You look like you've got it figured out. Inside, you're questioning every step. You don't need anyone to tell you what's in your way. You need to pause long enough to see it for yourself.
The document is the record. The Foundation is what you built.
By Day 90 you have The Foundation: your version of Presence, Performance, and Integrity, written in your own words, that you're actually aligned with. Who you are as a person. What you won't trade. How you make the call when nobody's watching. It's the structure that grounds you and walks you toward what you want.
It lives in a document, and you'll come back to it. But the document is the record. The Foundation goes with you into the next role, the next team, the next hard decision.
Ninety days, week by week.
Before we start, you fill in a short questionnaire and I send you my notes two days before session one. The first session runs long. That's where I learn everything.
From there we meet weekly for 60 minutes. Some weeks we go deep. Some weeks the work has space to land. Between sessions you have me over text, voice note, or email, with a reply the same business day. Frameworks, small experiments, things to try and things to notice get shared as we go.
Day 45 is a recalibration with a written summary. Day 90 is the closing reflection, and The Foundation goes with you.
Results vary. The shape tends to be the same.
You give direct feedback in the moment it comes up, rooted in what you want for the person, instead of saving it for the review or softening it into nothing.
You decide sooner and own the call. Fewer decisions run past everyone first, and you stop re-deciding them at 2am.
You take on the team's problems without taking on their anxiety. What belongs to someone else stays with them.
In the meeting where you used to shrink so you wouldn't make noise, you speak first.
You pause long enough to see what's in your way, and you start choosing instead of reacting.
The gap between who you are at work and who you are at home starts closing. One person, every room.
$2,400 for the ninety days.
Paid in full or on a monthly plan, no interest, invoiced through Stripe. If your company sponsors coaching, I invoice them directly.
If within the first 30 days you decide this isn't the right fit, full refund. Contract void. No exit interview. No pressure to explain. You don't lose anything by trying.
Confidentiality
What is said in a session stays between you and me, consistent with the ICF Code of Ethics. I keep private session notes, stored securely, and nobody else sees them, including your employer when the employer is paying. If a company sponsors the engagement, we agree up front what the sponsor hears: that sessions happened, and how things are going against the goals we set. Never the content.
The exceptions are the ones the law requires: a court order, or a stated intent to harm oneself or someone else. Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship the way a lawyer or a doctor is, and I say so plainly. Your name, story, and results never appear in my marketing or testimonials without your separate written consent.
What's not included
- Therapy or clinical care. If something comes up that needs it, I say so and we pause or refer out.
- Group facilitation or team and org consulting. That's a different engagement. Two or three people from one company can each run their own Foundation, each one confidential, invoiced to the company together.
- A scripted curriculum. The work is built around your life, never a syllabus.
Start with the Vibe Check.
Twelve questions, four minutes, and a read on where you stand. Then, if it makes sense, 30 minutes on a call about where you are and where you want to be.
