You can't decide whether to leave. You've been "giving it until the end of the quarter" for three quarters. "Later" keeps meaning never, and every Sunday night tells you something you keep not writing down.
A working session for when you know you need to leave, and you don't yet know what you're leaving for. It doesn't pick for you. It gets what you already know out of your head and onto one page, so the next step is a decision instead of a fog.
One rule the whole way through: later only counts if it has a date and a trigger.
